Welcome to Yourvintage! These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for using the Yourvintage website and services. By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Yourvintage, located at Jan Altinkhof 5 Veendam, Chamber of Commerce number: 95344357 (hereinafter "we", "us"), applies the following terms and conditions to all customers (hereinafter "you", "the customer", "the customers") who use the website https://yourvintage.nl (hereinafter "the website") and the products offered by us (hereinafter "the products").

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Yourvintage and the customer with regard to the sale and delivery of clothing and related articles.

1.2 Yourvintage reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changed terms and conditions will apply from the moment they are placed on the website. It is the customer's responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly.

2. Orders and Agreements

2.1 An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order via our website and Yourvintage confirms this order by e-mail.

2.2 Yourvintage reserves the right to refuse an order or to request additional information if necessary, for example in the event of suspected fraud.

2.3 All prices stated on the website include VAT and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

3.1 Payments must be made in advance via the payment methods offered by Yourvintage, such as iDEAL, credit card or other available options.

3.2 In the event of late payment, the customer is in default and Yourvintage has the right to cancel the order.

4. Delivery

4.1 Yourvintage delivers the ordered products to the email address provided by the customer. We deliver in the EU, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 The delivery times stated on the website are indicative. Exceeding any delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order.

4.3 If a product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The customer has the right to return an order within 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. However, if the file has already been downloaded with a supplier bundle or the customer has purchased an exact reseller box and knew in advance what he would receive, the right to a refund expires.

5.2 If the file has not been downloaded and the customer wants a refund, contact must be made by email ( info @yourvintage .nl) . The amount will then be refunded within 14 days.

6. Liability

6.1 Yourvintage is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the products supplied by us, unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part.

6.3 Under no circumstances will Yourvintage's liability exceed the invoice amount of the order in question.

7. Privacy

7.1 Yourvintage respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that personal information is treated confidentially, in accordance with our Privacy Statement .

8. Applicable Law and Disputes

8.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes between the customer and Yourvintage.

8.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties are obliged to first resolve this by mutual agreement. If this does not work, further steps will be discussed to arrive at a suitable solution.
